Please Be carefull by using the command listed in Here, be sure first of what you are being to delete because i don't know how we can reinstall and configure a services after that.
I suggest you to just disable service by select manual start or disabled start The Next Command is For DELETE Services or Unconfig Totaly.
Begin with windowskey r (run...execute)
services.msc
Look and search for the service you want to kill or delete by left click on it and select properties and look its patch to find the name of the *.exe (in exemple svchost.exe)
when you have his name continu down
windowskey r (run...execute)
Then type in cmd windows
"sc delete nameofservicesexecutable" without " " ^^
