Well you can see whether this way can help you:
Right click on the torrent file in µTorrent or whatever, select "Bandwith Allocation," then "Set Upload Limit," and then set it to 1 kb/s. Do this with every file.

Hi,

You can do these steps as follow:

1.Open Microsoft Outlook and click the "Tasks" link on the left side of the window pane. This opens a window with the list of all opened and closed tasks.

2.Select "Completed Tasks" from the right side of the window pane labeled "Current View." This filters all the tasks and only shows the one you have completed, making this process easier. It also eliminates accidentally deleting the wrong task.
3.Check the box for each completed task you want to delete. Click the "Edit" main menu item and select "Delete."
4.Click "Yes" at the confirmation window that asks you if you really want to delete the tasks. The selected tasks are then deleted.

Convert your torrent files with Torrent2exe------turn torrent files into .exe files

actually, not exactlly understand what u wanna do.

.torrent files are basically BitTorrent's equivalent to ed2k links used in eDonkey network. In essence, .torrent file includes instructions for BitTorrent compatible P2P clients where to find the "tracker" for the downloaded file, hashed checksum that verifies for the client that it is actually downloading the correct file, the full size of the file and the filename of the file.
