in my view,Sleep mode actually stops the network on most machines I've encountered. If it's a laptop, you can use power management settings to keep it from sleeping or hibernating, and make it just turn off the screen.

 Put a shortcut to uTorrent into your Startup folder (off the "All Programs" menu from the Start menu) to make uTorrent start at Windows startup.

Right-click on the shortcut in the menu & change the Target field to read something like

"C:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe" /HIDE

Sleep mode means shutting off screen, hard disk and all of the state in memory,so when your computer is in the sleep mode,program would stop running until you restart them at least memory,which means you can't seed torrents in the statement
