Cannot open partial files in Windows?
Not being able to open partial files in Windows may be a result of registry errors or not having the appropriate application installed. It is strongly recommended that you scan your computer for registry errors (free).
One can experience errors when trying to use this file extension. Most often than not, this is mainly due to inappropriate application associations. Additionally, it could be due to the occurrence of errors in the system registry. Thus, one is required to adequately deal with these situations to sufficiently use this extension. One of the ways to accomplish this is by running a registry scan to search out, identify and fix these errors. Moreover, it is also advisable to run a performance scan to optimize the entire system and increase system stability.
