It depends on exactly what you mean by "change users in it". If you mean, "how do I use facial recognition to change between different Windows account?", then the first step is to make sure that every user on your machine has their own unique, password protected Windows account.

After that, FastAccess will learn about each user's face as they log into their account with their password. If you set the security mode to "User Switching" or "Continuous Security", then the desktops will be switched automatically when a new user approaches and is recognized. If you're in "Face Login" mode, then FastAccess will not switch users automatically, but will still try to recognize a face to log you in automatically after a manual logout, lock, or reboot.

Note that the recognition provided by FastAccess is excellent and actually improves with use (manual logins), but will never be 100%.

If this is still too complicated, I suggest reading through the first few sections in the help file or taking a look at the online FAQs.    http://www.sensiblevision.com/v/dell/faq.pdf

Can you provide some additional details, please? What exactly about the facial recognition do you want to change?

If possible, try stating what specifically it is that you want to alter or improve. With more information I'd be happy to help.
