how to show margin in excel 2007

On the Print Preview screen, in the bottom right corner there are two itsy bitsy icons. The left one is the old "View Margins". Once you click that, the function operates the same as in the previous versions.

Why could they not just put it on the Margin Setting drop down on the left side? Sometimes I think the Microsoft programmers must have a lot of laugh sessions due to these kinds of frustrations!
