Not certainly sure, but chances are you going to need to either install a codec that support Real Media (RM), something like Real Alternative

Yes but you need what call a codec before you can play. You can either install Real Media Player (I highly don't recommend it) or you can use Real Alternative (a small scale that let you watch RM file)
