You can do it as the following steps:
1Click the "Start" button and select the "Control Panel" option to launch the Control Panel.
2Click the "Programs and Features" option in the Control Panel interface.
3Locate and highlight the "BearShare Media Bar" option.
4Click the "Uninstall" button, or right-click the entry and select "Uninstall" from the context menu. The BearShare Media Bar will then be uninstalled.
5Reboot the computer.
6Open Internet Explorer and click "Tools," then click "Internet Options."
7Click the "General" tab and delete the BearShare default home page URL in the text box.
8Click the "OK" button to save the settings. Close and reopen Internet Explorer. BearShare will be disabled and uninstalled. Answered Feb, 27 2011

Installing BearShare also installs SaveNow, which monitors your on-line purchases and may redirect sales commissions from other referring sites to BearShare; previous versions of BearShare include other advertising and monitoring software. Uninstalling BearShare does not completely remove SaveNow or other advertising and/or monitoring software. You should run a spyware removal tool such as Ad-aware to remove SaveNow and any other advertising or monitoring software which was installed with BearShare.
Uninstalling BearShare

1. Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Note: If you are running Windows XP and the My Computer icon does not appear on your desktop, choose My Computer from the Start menu.
2. Double-click on Control Panel.
3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
4. Select BearShare. Click Add/Remove.
5. Follow the instructions on your screen to remove BearShare.
6. When uninstallation is complete, close all open windows.
7. Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Note: If you are running Windows XP and the My Computer icon does not appear on your desktop, choose My Computer from the Start menu.
8. Double-click on the icon for your hard drive.
9. Open the Program Files folder.
10. Right-click on the BearShare folder. From the menu which appears, choose Delete.
11. When you are asked if you are sure you want to remove the folder, click Yes.

GO to CONTROL PANEL, select ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS. Wait for the list to populate and then delete it.
