If you have Windows Vista Movie Maker (v2.6) then you can download the Contrast Effects Answered Jul, 23 2010

1. Open Windows Photo Gallery by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Photo Gallery.
2. Click the picture you want to correct, and then click Fix.
3. Click Auto Adjust.
Wait a few moments while Windows automatically corrects your picture's brightness, contrast, and colors.
4. Click Back to Gallery to automatically save the changes to your picture.
