1
Download the Wii game of your choice from any ISO-providing website and run a virus scan on it after its completion. Ensure that the file being downloaded is an ISO or disk image that will be readable by a modified Wii system.
2
Insert the blank DVD-R into the DVD burner and open the ISO burning program. A free suggested program is ISOburn, which is a simple tool to burn ISO files properly onto a DVD-R so a modified Wii system can read it.
3
Select the mode "Write" and then select the option where it's asking for a source. Select the downloaded ISO file from the hard drive. If there is an option asking whether you would like to mount the image, you don't need it.
4
Select the "Burn" option at the bottom of the program to start the burning process. After it's complete, the DVD-burning drive should automatically open to release the freshly burned DVD-R.
5
Insert the DVD-R copy of the game you have just finished burning into the Wii. It should appear in the Wii menu like any other normal Wii game. Answered Dec, 26 2010

it is quite easy to do.
do a google search for winrar
install it.
then double click on the game
a box will load up and along top it will say extract all
click on it and extract them.
now the new files will be in same folder as the download.
you should have a file that ends in .iso or .cue or .bin
and a file called read me or a nfo or msi file, right click over this and open with notepad.
this can have usefull info in it

now you have a choice.
you can burn to a disc, the image with imgburn (google it its free)

Hi, you can do it as follows then:
1.Insert a blank CD into your CD burner disc drive.
2.Open Nero on the computer. Double-click on the desktop icon or press the "Start" button in the lower left hand corner of the desktop to open the Start menu. Select "All programs" from the Start menu and locate the Nero software. Click on the application to open it from the Start menu.
3.Select "Data Burning" from the Nero menu on the left side of the start page.
4.Choose "Image Recorder" from the Data Burning options.
5.Press the "Add" button on the dialog box. Locate the PS3 game file on the hard drive and click to highlight it. Press "Ok" to select the file.
6.Navigate to the "Settings" section by clicking on the "Settings" button. Move to "Writing Speed." Select "Minimum" from the options for writing speed. Press "Ok" to save the setting.
7.Move to the bottom of the Image Recorder dialog box and press "Burn" to start the application. Answered Jan, 02 2011
