Go to www.bt.com and look under the mobile broadband / data section in Support, you will find the BT access manager program, this has all the device drivers you need for Huawei modems and you can customize the install to install just the drivers and not the whole program. i just used it to install my E270. I think you must know about PUK code first.
To break puk code yourself is not a good idea.

On most phones that don’t have visual voicemail, holding down the 1 key on the keypad will take you to your voicemail. If you have voicemail active on your account, the first time you access it should bring you to a setup menu. Just follow the instructions. However, if you hold down 1 and aren’t taken to your voicemail, you will most likely have to call your carrier and either have them activate it for your account or tell you the number to dial for voicemail access.
