1. Choose a free product key finder program.
2.Download and run the key finder program.
3.The product key should be formatted like xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx - five sets of five letters and numbers.
4.Write this product key code down exactly as the key finder program shows it to you for use when reinstalling Microsoft Office 2010.

This can be accessed by clicking on the File menu –> Change Product Key link
The Change Product Key would display the following dialog box for entering the New Product Key. Click Continue to complete the setup
