answer this question

start a new mail message and changed the zoom in it to whatever zoom level you want to be the default (80% ).
then all the other folders will open at this zoom level. Answered Feb, 14 2011

Hi,

The font style should be stored in the global template. You can modify the settings in the global template:

Click the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the sign in the right bottom, check the box before: Don’t add space between paragraphs of the same style Answered Dec, 14 2010

1
Launch Publisher 2010. Left-click inside of your document's text area; click on the "Text Box Tools" tab that appears at the top of the program.

2
Click on the "Hyphenation" button under the "Text Box Tools" tab.

3
Uncheck the "Automatically hyphenate this story" box when the Hyphenation menu appears; click "OK" to save your changes and close the Hyphenation menu
