1.now you should select the field of the paragraph, then right click, choose font.

2.If you already have a paragraph text, and you want them appear in small caps, you select the field of the paragraph, and open the Font dialog box with the method mentioned just now. And check the Small Caps.

Hi, you may firstly choose "View"-- "Toolbars" -"Formatting" - "Print" - "Save" and then activate the cell and finally decrease the font size for those letters by accessing the font formatting tools from the formatting toolbar. Answered Jul, 02 2011
