How can I track ebay from my igoogle homepage

I want to be able to monitor for specific items coming up on ebay without having to go the site all the time. How do i set this up for my igoogle homepage? Asked Aug, 09 2011

You should download the eBay toolbar. You just set it up so that you can monitor all buying/selling/watching right from any page you're on. Doesn't have anything to do with Google, much easier. iGoogle is just the UK version of Google. The eBay part is just an add-on for it, just like all the add-ons you can use for Yahoo, or other sites.

disconnect your internet, go to "tools" then click on "options" or "internet options" (depends on internet browser) and then change your homepage.. Answered Aug, 08 2011

Use the the Google Gadget API. I would read the Getting Started: gadgets and the Google Gadget Developer Guide to get started.

The Gadget API makes use of the HTML and Javascript programming languages. So obviously you will need to know those languages.
