Here are the steps to open Reliability Monitor:

1. Go to Control Panel –> System and Security –> Action Center.

2. Under the Maintenance section, click on the chevron (down arrow) to view more options that are hidden by default.

3. Under the ‘Check for solutions to problem reports’ section, click on ‘View reliability history’.

4. You will then see a message saying ‘Reliability Monitor is generating the report. Please wait…’.

You can now view all the major problems that occurred on your System on a timeline, that can be toggled to ‘Days’ or ‘Weeks’. Clicking on a date or week will give complete list of all failures that happened on that day or in that week. The graph represents the system’s stability on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 is the most stable state while 1 is the least. Answered Aug, 10 2011

I am pleasure to help you...just follow the next steps:
1 Click the "Start" button, then click "Settings" (in Windows 2000 only) and "Control Panel."

2 Double-click "Administrative Tools." If you do not see this option, click "Switch to Classic View" in Windows XP, "Classic View" in Windows Vista or "View by: Small icons" in Windows 7.

3 Double-click "Event Viewer."

4 Click the triangle-shaped icon next to "Windows Logs" to expand the category if you are running Windows Vista or 7. Skip this step if you are running Windows 2000 or XP.

5 Click the "Security" category under "Windows Logs." Each successful (and unsuccessful) computer login is displayed. Click the "Date and Time" column to sort entries in ascending or descending order. Successful login attempts display the words "Audit Success," while unsuccessful login attempts display "Audit Failure."

6 Click an entry to show the name of the Windows account used to log in to the system. Answered Aug, 05 2011
