my mp840 transend mp3 does not work on my new windows 7. what driver should i download ?

go to device manager and right click on the driver and choose uninstal but do not check the box delete files… and reboot then let windows to instal a new one.

Or try to use the device under vista or xp compatibility

Hello!

The PCI Simple Communications Controller is a generic modem driver, I need more details on your modem and computer to provide you with the correct driver. I’m assuming your rocking a Dell, if you are – you can search the drivers available for your hardware directly on their site, by clicking here. The driver you probably want is right here though.

You may use Slim Driver, Ma-Config or Device Doctor. Neither of these require an ‘unpatched version of Windows’.

You are looking for the wrong thing. tutorial:

You did not format your 'cpu' (central processing unit or processor); rather, you reformatted (completely erased all info from) your hard drive (HDD), including all drivers for hardware attached to your computer.

If it is a name-brand computer, go to the manufacturer's website and look-up your computer's model number in their 'Support/Download' section. You will find the correct 'audio' drivers there.

If it is NOT a name-brand computer, then you have to find the manufacturer of your audio-output device. Answered Dec, 07 2010
