Video LAN's VLC Player will play .flv files and also gives you the option to adjust the audio sync to the video. In fact, I use VLC for every media file, because it pretty much plays everything and give you better control over the media. VLC player is free and I would suggest using it for every media file you have. Google VLC player and you'll find it. Answered Jul, 25 2011
