Please make sure your frostwire songs are mp3 or wma audio. Otherwise
you have to convert them to the right format at first, then you can add
it into windows media player and put them on iPod.
I always use this audio converter to convert my downloaded songs to mp3.
It works pretty well for me, You may get it for a try
