Choose New Click under Protect these Internet Services in the Setup window to go into the Name box. Then choose the service you want to add as the exception. Save your changes before you quit. Answered Jun, 12 2011

I am not familiar with the 2011 version but I do know that when you open Norton and the Splash Screen appears...there should be either a help or questions tab somewhere on the Splash Screen...Every Norton Product comes with its own library of Self-help questions Answered Jul, 30 2011
