1. First the dialog box for "Word Options" should be invoked. To do so click on the "Microsoft Office button" then choose any one of the steps given below for opening the dialog box for "Word Options".

a) Just after clicking the "Microsoft Office" button to open the drop down list of its sub-options, click the button labelled as "Options" from the "Word" tab in the drop down list.

b) Just after clicking the "Microsoft Office" button to open the drop down list of its sub-options, click the tab labelled as "Word" and look for the section labelled as "Microsoft Tools" in the adjacent side. From the section click on the tab labelled as "Options".

2. You will see that the dialog box for "Word Options" is now open. Click the "Advanced" tab located in right part of the dialog box, to invoke its related sub-options to the adjacent side within the "Word Options" dialog box. Look for the section labelled as "Print". Now within the section find the option "Print pages in reverse order" and checkbox for it. Finally click in the checkbox to mark it as checked. Doing so will enable the printing of multi paged document in reverse order in Word 2010.

You will see that the dialog box for "Word Options" is now open. Click the "Advanced" tab located in right part of the dialog box, to invoke its related sub-options to the adjacent side within the "Word Options" dialog box. Look for the section labelled as "Print". Now within the section find the option "Print pages in reverse order" and checkbox for it. Finally click in the checkbox to mark it as unchecked (i.e. cleared). Doing so will disable the printing of multi paged document in reverse order in Word 2010.

3. Click the "OK" button from of the "Word Options" dialog box to close it.
