1. Click the round Office button in the upper-left corner of the window.
2. Click the Word Options button.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Uncheck the Use CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink checkbox.

HI,to set ctrl click to follow link in word 2007.
before you follow a link with Ctrl click, u have to make a link first. it's called "Hyperlink" in word.
for example:
open word.
type www.facebook.com
select www.facebook.com
Insert> hyperlink, in web address type www.facebook.com
OK.
now u can see the text underlined. Press Ctrl +click.
