you should have used a nicer word than HACK i guess if you want the answer

sometimes you just may miss the obvious, if you need to access some restricted websites , look for some working proxy..thats it

if thats not it
minimum knowledge is required thought
you need to know which port is open in the firewall
you need to know about the router involved in the network, your router could be the firewall as well..
