how to open *.key files downloaded from slideshare ?

I've downloaded some *.key files from slideshare. Well I cannot open it with any software in my pc...Can you tell me what should I do about this? Thanks in advance !

Use Apple Keynote

Impossible, the only way to open it is under MAC system with Apple Keynote, i guess.

Here:

open .key files & .KEY file extension

.key is created with Apple's Keynote presentation software.

You can't open the file because the file is not completely downloaded. When you starting downloading a file at this time your system starting a packet transfer with the server after complete the download computer compile all the packets with a known code after it we can read or run a file. S

You could try Adobe’s PDF reader. It can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com for free. There are many more pdf readers too. According to me most widely used is Adobe.
