In Firefox, you can completely remove Ashampoo Toolbar from your PC in this way:
1. Go to control panel
2. Add or remove programs
3. Scroll through your populated list and find "myahsampoo toolbar"
4. Remove it
5. Open Firefox
6. Click Tools
7. Go to Add-ons
8. In your add-ons you will still see ashampoo toolbar uninstall it
9. Back to add ons you will see commandit or something similar.
Uninstall it. then
10.go to help then restart with ad-ons disabled ok

Good Luck!

Is it's not in the Add/Remove program list. Try some uninstallers like Revo Uninstaller Answered May, 18 2011

Regretfully a lot of companies are adding these "pains" into our lives. Firefox upgrade just dumped Yahoo tool bar on me and never even asked if I wanted it. You should be able to go to you Add Ons menu item and and click uninstall. If push comes to shove, go to Control Panel --> Add remove programs find the ashampoo app and remove it

Go up to Tools, Addons, Extensions and look for the toolbar there. If you find it, highlight it and then the Uninstall button should become visible, click that Uninstall button. You then probably will have to restart Firefox, if so then do that. Post back and let me know. It might have also been installed on IE, even though you don't use it often so you will have to check that also. Answered Apr, 10 2011
