All you need to do, first create an image file of that floppy disk and then just install Virtual Floppy Drive (VFD) and later run that image file using VFD. You must run this tool as Administrator to make it work. You can create up to two virtual floppy drive using this utility.

1.Click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." Choose "Virtual PC" from the menu.
2.Click the "File" menu at the top of the screen and select "Virtual Disk Wizard."
3.Click the "Next" button .
4.Select "Create new floppy. Click the "Next" button.
5.Choose "Create floppy disk image" in the disk type selection window.
6.Select "Disk image location" and click the "Browse" button. Select a location for the floppy disk image. Click the "Next" button.
7.Select "High density " to use the least compression and create the best performance. Click the "Next" button.
