The WinAmp related menu items would be available under here:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to the above location. Select the WinAmp.*
entries and remove them.

Close Regedit.

Manage the context-menu entries for files, folders, drives and Namespace
objects:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm

The entries are added at the file-class level.also. For example, to
re-associate the .mp3 files with WMP (which removes the WinAmp from the
right-click menu), run this command:

cmd /c assoc .mp3=mp3file

(Type this command in Start, Run dialog)

To learn more about ASSOC command, type "cmd /k assoc /?" in Run.

1. Go to the Start Menu on the bottom left of your computer's screen.
2. Locate and click on Control Panel.

3. Find the Add or Remove Programs icon and double-click it.
4. Here you'll see a whole list of programs & applications that are installed on your computer. Find and select HandyCafe and click "Uninstall".
5. Confirm that you want to uninstall HandyCafe by clicking on "Remove".

However, this method often fails to completely get rid of HandyCafe, why? After this removal, there are still some remnants or "artifacts" of the program left behind in the system registry and on your hard drive that are no longer needed. What's more, if you don't delete these useless traces immediately, they will bog your PC down and, over time, it will get slower and slower lugging around this useless baggage - unexpected errors and frequent crashes may also occur because of this!

There is something in Registry that is still not removed. You can remove these entries mannually or use a smart tool called "VMware Uninstaller". Google "VMware Uninstaller" and download it. It is free. Answered Apr, 01 2011
