How to Use .srt subtitles in winff?

hi all..
finally i got the solution for subtitles in winamp...
1.download winamp 5.5 anniversary edition(coz i have not checked with older versions)....
2.then save the .srt(subtitle file) and movie in the same folder.
3.Open the movie..thats all u r done..now u can see the subtitles...

Hello, please follow these steps:
1 Download and install a copy of DVDShrink (see Resources). Launch the program after you've installed. Insert a copy of the DVD from which you wish to obtain subtitles into your computer's CD/DVD-Rom drive.

2 Click on the "Open Disc" icon at the top of DVDShrink. Click on the drop-down menu located in the center of the "Open Disc" menu. Select the letter of the drive containing the DVD you just inserted into your computer. Click "OK" to return to the main menu.

3 Click on the "Backup" icon at the top of DVDShrink. Click on the "Browse" button to locate a folder on your computer to save the ripped DVD files. Click "OK" to begin ripping the DVD.

4 Download and install a copy of SubRip (see Resources). Open SubRip. Click on the tiny "VOB" icon located in the top left corner of SubRip. Click on the "Open IFO" button in the menu that appears. Use the file explorer window that pops up to locate the folder where you saved the DVD files, and then select the first IFO file in the folder.

5 Click on the "Start" button to begin ripping the subtitles. Back in the main menu, click on the "VOB" button to begin ripping any other IFO files associated with your DVD.
