Is there anyone know how to add auto update date in footer word? Can you tell me how to finish it, thanks for your help.

1. Click the Insert tab and, from the Header & Footer group, click the Header button.
2. Select the format you want from the list.
3. Click any bracketed text and type the required replacement text.
4. Repeat Step 3 for all bracketed text in the header.
5. When you're done, click the Close Header and Footer command button in the Close group on the far right side of the Ribbon.
6. Click the Insert tab and, in the Header & Footer group, choose Header→Edit Header.
7. If necessary, click the Go to Header command button.
8. Edit or modify the header.
9. Use the command buttons on the Design tab's Insert group for special items.
10. If you have a footer to modify, click the Go To Footer command button, and then edit or modify the footer.
11. Click the Close Header and Footer command button when you’re done.

I think that if ASUS Live Update software is buggy and hogs too much RAM and internet bandwidth,then you must uninstall it as its only task is to update your BIOS.

For uninstalling it,it requires another utility and the steps for doing it is mentioned in the link below –

in the first cell put 11/01/2008
in the cell below that put 11/02/2008
then highlight both cells. you will see that bottom right of the highlighted 2 cells is a little + mark. click on this and drag it down as far as you need. the dates should step up one day at a time. Answered Dec, 25 2010
