People like you shouldn't be trusted with a computer. Whenever you want to browse the internet; just launch Internet Explorer or Firefox or what have you instead of Google Chrome. To get rid of Google Chrome just hit the start button, then right click on the Google Chrome icon and hover over "Shredder" then just simply click "Shred Files" Answered Aug, 07 2011

You can uninstall both ones, and then reinstall the latest version of Google Toolbar.
