how do you make a fax symbol in email

There probably is not a direct fax number. Speak to your IT, on many servers there is a facility to include a user Id in the fax which then forwards it either to a specific folder or an email. Good Luck! Answered Aug, 06 2011

Adding a Special Symbol from the BlackBerry Device
1 Select "Messages." Click "Menu" and select "Options."

2 Click "Email Settings."

3 Select "Yes" next to "Use Auto Signature." Enter a signature in the text box that appears. Click the "Sym" button to bring up special characters and symbols. Press it again to show more symbols. Select one to add it to your signature.

4 Click "Menu" and select "Save."

1 Double click the "BlackBerry Desktop Manager" icon. Click "Email Settings."

2 Select "General." Click the text box under "Signature." Visit Washington State University's Language Learning Resource Center to learn how to input special characters with a keyboard (see "Resources").

1) Go to: Start menu-->Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools
2) Click on "Character Map"
You should see a whole bunch of symbols in there you can use. If you don't see any symbols, click on the drop down menu and scroll down and select "Symbols"
To insert a symbol:
1) Double click on which one you want
2) Click the "Copy" button
