Select 'Language' from the 'File' menu and select the desired language(English).
The 'File' menu is the first menu on the left. The word "Language" will appear in English in parenthesis (designed for this type of situation). Alternatively, you can check your regional language settings in Windows

If you go to www.oovoo.com, there will be a link on the top right saying "My Account" which will let you edit your profile.
