Just delete the file(s) and go to Start>Run,type regedit and then find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE and find a folder named IDM or internet download manager and just right click it and then select delete.If doesn't have the folder, thats mean you are completely remove it from your computer.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{07999AC3-058B-40BF-984F-69EB1E554CA7}

Actually, you can follow any trails of that "Expired" version through regedit.
1) click Start

2) go to Run, then type regedit. Press Enter.

If you buy the key, just reinstall idm and use the key to activate.

If not, remove idm completely, and install a free trial.
