Pause video playback. Then go to right-click -> Capture -> Frame extract.

I use FreeSmith Video Player (FreeSmith Version on this site.) It is easy to capture the pictures of the video. Just click the button on the top window, it would help to take screenshoots. Answered Mar, 27 2012

In VHscrCap make sure the 'Resize to output size' and 'Mouse' are the checked, make sure 'Optimizing Capture' is off. Also it will be best to set VHscrCap resolution to your monitor resolution used in the game.
