how to get IDM to download jw player videos

i think it is not possible!

jw have gone through some changes, thats why its happening... for example, if you watch a video in megavideo...you will notice that the video is loading...the navigation bar gets filled and the video starts to play, that was the case in jw player too, but not any more...the file never loads in the player now, it just starts to play directly from the source...resulting idm can't grab the file...

The problem is that embedded flash players are frequently used with copyrighted media.. There are a number of ways where such media might be illegally copied from the site but those discussions are against forum policies.. Then again, if the saving of the flash videos is accepted by the university, then the computer IT/System Admin will have methods and procedures for doing so.

 JW FLV Player can show HTTP, HTTPS and RTMP flash videos. While you may use freeware Ask & Record Toolbar to save HTTP and HTTPS streams, RTMP ones are more difficult to capture/record/download/save.
