answer this question

Just do as bellow:

1.Open PowerPoint and click the photo that you want to modify. This will open the "Format" tab in the ribbon at the top of the page.
2. Scroll through the pictures styles located in the "Picture Styles" section. There are many styles to choose from. For example, you can select from a thick matte, soft edge, or bevel perspective.
3. Hover over each style to preview how your photo will look if you choose the style. After you find a style you like, click it so the changes will be applied to your photo.
4. Click the "Picture Effects" button to search for effects to enhance your photo. Options you can choose from include adding a shadow, glow, soft edge, or reflection. You can preview how these effects will change your picture by hovering over the effect.
5. Click the effect you want to use to enhance your picture.
6. Add a border to your photo by clicking the "Picture Border" button. Select the color for the border you wish to use. Answered Dec, 23 2010
