thats to do with the settings on your printer, not with powerpoint. if you are using a school or library printer it should have the option to print both sides. ask where you use the printer.

to stop word from printing double sided:

with  the printer on the file menu click on the print option. In the printing dialog box click on the "Properties" option. Click on the "Finishing" tab and check the "print on sigle sides" option and click "OK" to print.

  1. Try CTRL/P in Word 2007, or any other Print command for that matter,
  2. click the Manual Duplex checkbox, you can set it easily.

       Hope that helps.

Go to file/print and "properties" and in there, if your printer has double sided availability, you'd do it there. Unless you have an expensive printer, you can't do it. Otherwise, you'd have to print double sided manually.
Under file/print, toward the bottom it says "print" with a drop down box, pick "odd pages"
Print those out, then ou have to figure out how to put them back in your printer so the blank page prints correctly, the file/print and pick even pages Answered Dec, 18 2010
