1.Access the Windows Media Player application. 2.Press F3 on the computer's keyboard. 3.Click the "Add" button in the "Add to Library" pop-up window. Click the folder tabs "C:\Program Files\Document and Settings\[user]\Shared" in the collapsible pop-up menu to add the direct file location folder for your FrostWire song. 4.Click "OK" in the collapsible menu window, and click "OK" in the "Add to Library" window. Windows Media Player will automatically begin adding all of the FrostWire songs. 5.Connect the Zune sync cable to the device's adapter port and into one of the computer's USB ports. 6.Click the "Sync" tab,and a Sync pane will appear on the right side of the application window. 7.Skim through the Windows Media Player library to locate all of the FrostWire songs. 8.Click once on each FrostWire song you want to sync to the Zune MP3 device. 9.Drag the highlighted list of FrostWire songs to the Sync pane and the songs will be visible in the Sync pane. 10.Click the "Start Sync" action button  with all of your FrostWire songs.   Answered Nov, 20 2010

Please make sure your frostwire songs are mp3 or wma audio. Otherwise you have to convert them to the right format at first, then you can add it into windows media player and put them on iPod.
I always use this audio converter to convert my downloaded songs to mp3. It works pretty well for me, You may get it for a try

Open your Media Player, click on the box below Library with the arrow on it, Then go down to Add to Library.. This will bring up a box that has two options.. just hit okay and it will look for all your music.. once found it will store it in your Library. Answered Nov, 29 2010

Just open windows media player and click the F3 button, then add your Frostwire file to your library. After that every time you open the windows media player it will automatically check your Frostwire folder. Answered Nov, 29 2010
