how to set 2x2 size of a picture in microsoft word

1. Right-click the picture and select Format Picture

2. In the Format Picture dialog box, click the Size tab

3. You can use the Height and Width boxes at the top to enter a size in inches to 2x2

4. You can also use the Height and Width boxes in the scale section to specify the size as a percentage

5. Deselect Lock aspect ratio if you don’t want to retain the current width to height ratio

2.On the Picture toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.), click Crop .
Note If the Picture toolbar is not visible, click Toolbars on the View menu, and then click Picture.

3.Position the cropping tool over a cropping handle and then do one of the following:
To crop one side, drag the center handle on that side inward.
To crop equally on two sides at once, hold down CTRL as you drag the center handle on either side inward.
To crop equally on all four sides at once, hold down CTRL as you drag a corner handle inward.
4.On the Picture toolbar, click Crop to turn off the Crop command.
