How to view account activity on hotmail accounts?

I don't think that you could delete that feature entirely. I've tried it on my own account and it takes 10 logins and logout to delete the previous 10 IP logins. Besides the only time when ppl actually wanna delete this feature is if they have sneak into another person's account and wanna delete off their activity. Trust me,I know as that's the only reason why I stumbled upon this question. For the entire activity IP to be clean off, that person must not log in for a few months at least.

choose "Alert preference: Never show an alert for unusual activity" for the Last Account Activity.
