Navigate the registry to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Registration\{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-YYYY-YYYY-ZZZZZZZZZZZZ}
Where {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-YYYY-YYYY-ZZZZZZZZZZZZ} is type of GUID that created by product key that is used in installation
Now under the {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-YYYY-YYYY-ZZZZZZZZZZZZ} key Delete DigitalProductID DWORD value and launch any application of Office 2010 The Product key wizard comes up; type the new product key to re-activate the Office suite.

First, Open your word document or other applications of offic 2010.
Second, Choose "File" > "Help" in the menu. And then click "Change Product Key" in the right list.
Third, a dialog box will apear and enter your product key in the blank. And click "Continue". Then there will be two options in a new dialog box. Choose "Install Now".
Last, waiting the process window pops up for a few minutes. Then you can see it is finished and click "Close" to exit.
Now you have done all the work!
