how to play .rm in audacity

Audacity is a completely open source and free of charge.i want to creates digital sound files from a number of sources including cassette tapes, vinyl records, minidisks. Now i need a piece of music in a rm file, so i want to open the rm file in audacity, does someone have any ideas, tell me,plz Asked Dec, 03 2010

Here would be one of the easiest ways:

1. Get AudioHijack ( http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/ ).

2. It will record a .rm file while you play it, and save it as an AIFF.

Yes but you need what call a codec before you can play. You can either install Real Media Player (I highly don't recommend it) or you can use Real Alternative (a small scale that let you watch RM file)
