sponsored ads

I copied the data from the first to the second and creating a link using paste special. So now, whatever is input into the first sheet appears in the second sheet.

However, When there is no data in the first sheet, a zero value appears in the cells in the second sheet. How do I get rid of these zero values?

Please help. Thankyou Asked Dec, 20 2010

In Excel 2007:
Click the Office Button->Excel Options->Advanced category.
Look for "Display options for this worksheet"
Uncheck the "Show a zero in cells that have zero value" check box.

In Excel 2003:
Remove the tick from the “Zero Values” check box in the Tools – Options – View dialog box. Answered Dec, 20 2010

Now whenever the OrderID is blank, the data will be hidden in the pivot table.

In Column A put all the x values. In B1 type '=(0.0037*A1)+5953' and hit enter
drag the bottom right corner of b1 down to b10. That's it! Answered Apr, 24 2011
