Enter LEADER in the command line, and specify the start point of your arrow. After that, you can draw a line coming off of the arrow and insert text at the end of it, if you so choose Answered Dec, 24 2010

if you are using autocad 2008 or later there is multileader option and also you can find in tool platellets under leaders option Answered Dec, 05 2011

1. Be aware that in AutoCAD terminology, arrows are called "leaders".
2. Choose how you prefer to draw an arrow in AutoCAD.
