Go To Start, look for Internet Explorer Icon, Right -Click on Internet explorer properties a small screen will open up, Click on Internet Properties a larger window will open up, Click on Programs at the top of internet explorer properties you will see (Enable or Disable browser Add-On install in your computer)!

1. From Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu, then the Options...
2. In the Internet Options dialog, select the Advanced tab...
3. Scroll down until you see the Security options. Enable the checkbox "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".
4. Close the dialog, and quit Internet Explorer. The changes will take effect the next time you start IE.

"If you have ATT/Cingular you can go to their website and sign in to your account under your phone area you will be able to access the PUK block. you can also call the provider for the PUK.
If you try to unlock your phone with the wrong PUK more than 3 times it will burn out your sim!!!!
