sponsored ads

I have a photo and I want to crop something in the middle of the picture into a triangle shape. I tried putting the eliptical tool and getting the right shape. But it is filled. Who can tell me what's wrong? I would appreciate step by step help. Asked Jan, 04 2011

hi, guys~ you can do follow it:
Select the portion of the image with the polygonal tool and then invert your selection (under selection menu I think or command-shift-I). Then hit delete and you should be left with your image.
hope it can help you~ Answered Jan, 04 2011

Well, you can make that by taking these ateps.
1.Please use the pen tool to create a triangle around what you would like to keep in photoshop.
2.Then make the triangular path a selection then invert the selection.
3.Now delete the area outside of the triangle. Answered Mar, 25 2011

Cropping is the process of removing portions of an image to create focus or strengthen the composition. You can crop an image using the Crop tool and the Crop command. You can also trim pixels using the Crop And Straighten and the Trim commands. Answered Aug, 02 2011
