Hi. I'm from china and in my country you tube is blocked.so I'm using tor browser to view the sites such as you tube but this browser doesn't support the adobe flash player and doesn't allow me to install or upgrade it. how can i view the you tube in tor browser? and how can i install flash player in tor browser. I don't know what browser you use but in Firefox you can manually download flash i would disconnect my internet and install it.If that doesn't work i honest don't know what to say. What type of operating system do you use?
There is an alternative called gnash aswell as swf player. Answered Jan, 09 2011

You don't need to install adobe flash player for TOr, just install the flash player for your browser.

I had same problem on windows xp, Mozilla firefox... Just click on tor button left of address bar -> Preferences -> Security settings -> Dynamic Content tab and uncheck first option (Disable plugins during...)

When the box says to close opera, close it with the x in the corner and then click retry on the little box.I have opera and this is how I installed the flash plug in, that is the normal way to install some things on opera. Answered Jan, 09 2011
