how to back up the files that kaspersky deleted

I don't know whether you can rely on data recovery tool to help. Usually deleted files from relycle bin, Shift+ Delete or virus attack lost files can be recovered with recovery programs. Don't know if your situation is still in the line. Anyway, it's worth a try. Best regards. Answered Jan, 10 2011

If you have kav5 then take a look in the kav backup,you can find it on the kav main window -> view backups.When you restore it i would suggest you to manualy remove the infected email. Answered Jul, 29 2011
