Hello, you can take this way to do that:

1 Open Notepad by clicking "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories."

2 Click "File," "Open." Navigate to the directory where the ".ASX" file is located. Double click on the ".ASX" file name. The file will open in Notepad.

3 Locate the URL in the "Ref" section of the ".ASX" file. The URL will be surrounded by quotes--"http://www.XXXXXX.XXX"--with the "XXXX"'s representing the website the ".ASX" file is telling Windows Media Player to visit.

4 Highlight the "http://www.XXXXXX.XXX" URL with your computer's mouse. Click "Edit," "Copy."

5 Open Windows Media Player by clicking on the program's icon located on your computer's "Desktop" or by clicking on the file name on the "All Programs" menu.

6 Click "File," "Open URL."

7 Press CTRL+V to paste the "http://www.XXXXXX.XXX" URL into the box next to the wording "Open:."

8 Click "OK." Windows Media Player will now open the URL related to the ".ASX" file. The media will start playing within the media player.
