Right click on the downloaded file, you can find the option to open the download folder. And you can batch launch all the downloaded files.

Open a command prompt window
Type the following command:

copy /b file1 + file2 joinedfile

(replace file1, file2, and joinedfile with real file names)

this will merge file1 and file2 (to a file named joinedfile in this case)
You can then merge the other files to the joined file to get another joined file. You get the idea.
